Are you ready to start running? 

The One2Run Zero2Five Autumn Challenge is starting September 7th 2020! 

You'll run 3x a week for 8 weeks, finish with a 5k run and receive a medal in the post

Join a community of women all starting the same challenge on the same date

Stay in touch with a Leader in Running Fitness for questions, tips and motivation

Receive weekly emails keeping you on track throughout the plan

Your Plan

You'll get your own copy of the Zero2Five plan to follow along in your own time, as well as instructional guide on how to use your plan.


Your coach is a UK Athletics Leader in Running Fitness, and will be available for you to contact throughout the challenge with any questions. 


Send evidence of your 3 runs weekly to One2Run. Receive weekly emails to keep you on-track and motivated throughout your plan.


Join a team of women all starting the Autumn Challenge on September 7th. You'll share your experience, ask questions and motivate each other

Stay Accountable!

Sometimes the hardest part of a new challenge is keeping up the motivation to see it through to the end! That's why One2Run will ask you for evidence of your 3 runs at the end of every week, keeping you accountable for completing the challenge. 

Stay Motivated!

Share your experiences with the other women taking part in the challenge. Ask questions, get support from the community and your Run Leader. Receive weekly emails outlining your runs for the week, as well as tips, tricks and motivation to keep you on track.
