The One2Run Zero2Five Autumn Challenge is starting September 7th 2020!
You'll run 3x a week for 8 weeks, finish with a 5k run and receive a medal in the post

Stay in touch with a Leader in Running Fitness for questions, tips and motivation
Receive weekly emails keeping you on track throughout the plan
Sometimes the hardest part of a new challenge is keeping up the motivation to see it through to the end! That's why One2Run will ask you for evidence of your 3 runs at the end of every week, keeping you accountable for completing the challenge.
Share your experiences with the other women taking part in the challenge. Ask questions, get support from the community and your Run Leader. Receive weekly emails outlining your runs for the week, as well as tips, tricks and motivation to keep you on track.
