Here's a bit about me to help you get to know One2Run and what we're about.



"Hi, my name's Ellie!

I'm the owner of the One2Run group. Here's me with running with my German Shepherd, Dumble. 

I first started running when I was 21. Running not only helped me find a way out of a tough mental space, it helped me learn to move my body and get some exercise, outside of the gym.

When I first started running, even 2 minutes seemed daunting, and I was SO out of breath. But with lots of help from some really supportive running coaches, I've run countless 5ks, a handful of 'official' 10k's and one half marathon. 

I'm a qualified Leader in Running Fitness with England Athletics, as well as being certified in Mental Wellbeing In Sport & Physical Activity.

Running has always helped me turn my mood around, and find an appreciation of my body even at my lowest points. I love meeting new people and inspiring a love of running in all my clients, as well as helping them get that amazing sense of achievement when they reach their first goal.

When we start running together, you are my top priority. I will be flexible in any way I can to ensure that you obtain your goals and start to feel fantastic about yourself!"
