NONE2RUN

The None2Run plan is designed with complete beginners in mind. It's a gentle 12 week programme which lead up to you running for 30 minutes. 

On this programme:

  • You'll complete a 12 week, 1-2-1 guided running plan

  • Your dedicated running guide will complete every run with you from start to finish

  • A pick up and drop-off service is available as needed, so no need to worry about transport. 

  • This plan is designed with complete beginners in mind, you don't need to be able to run at all in order to get started

  • You'll complete 3x runs a week for the full 12 weeks

  • By the end of the plan, you'll be able to run for 30 minutes non-stop!

 
Running Shoes

ZERO2FIVE

The Zero2Five plan is designed for beginners who want to be able to run 5k. It's an 8 week plan, and by the end you'll achieve your goal of running 5k. 

On this programme:

  • You'll complete an 8 week, 1-2-1 guided running plan

  • Your dedicated running guide will complete every run with you from start to finish

  • A pick up and drop-off service is available as needed, so no need to worry about transport. 

  • For the first session, you'll be comfortable running for 1 minute, we'll repeat this a few times with walking breaks in between. 

  • You'll complete 3x runs a week for the full 8 weeks

  • By the end of the plan, you'll be able to run 5k!

 

FIVE2TEN

The Five2Ten Programme is designed for women who can already comfortably run 5k, in the 30+ minute  bracket. 
It is not necessary to have completed any previous programmes with us to sign-up to this plan, just be confident that you can run reasonably comfortably for 20 minutes

 

On this programme:

  • You'll complete an 8 week, 1-2-1 guided running plan

  • Your dedicated running guide will complete every run with you from start to finish

  • A pick up and drop-off service is available as needed, so no need to worry about transport. 

  • For the first session, you'll be able to run for 20 minutes with walking breaks in between. 

  • You'll complete 3x runs a week for the full 8 weeks

  • By the end of the plan, you'll be able to run 10k!

Couple Running

TEN2TEN

The Ten2Ten Programme is designed for women who have a little longer and want to take 10 weeks (rather than 8) to reach their goal of running 10k.
In order to start this plan, you'll need to be confident that you can run reasonably comfortably for 10-20 minutes

On this programme:

  • You'll complete an 10 week, 1-2-1 guided running plan

  • Your dedicated running guide will complete every run with you from start to finish

  • A pick up and drop-off service is available as needed, so no need to worry about transport. 

  • For the first session, you'll be able to run for 20 minutes with walking breaks in between. 

  • You'll complete 3x runs a week for the full 8 weeks

  • By the end of the plan, you'll be able to run 10k!

 
 

ONLINE PLANS

For whenever it's not possible for us to run with you in person, we also offer all of our plans online. You can complete your runs by yourself in your own time. We'll still be with you every step of the way!


None2Run, Zero2Five, Five2Ten and Ten2Ten are all available as online plans. 

When you purchase an online plan, you'll get; 

  • A copy of your running plan

  • A weekly plan email containing;

    • Your 3 runs to complete that week

    • Hints and tips for the week

  • A One2Run team member will contact you halfway through your plan to check how you're progressing and answer any questions ​

  • A Runner Hotline! You can call or text a One2Run team member with any questions, or for tips and advice

 

These plans are really cost effective alternatives for those who are motivated enough to get going alone, but just need some structure to their runs. 

Mac Desktop

Virtual Runs

One2Run also offer all of our plans with virtual runs. These virtual plans are perfect for those who are currently shielding, or who are unable to meet with us in person, but need that extra bit of support to get out and run. 

How virtual runs work:

  • You pick a plan; None2Run, Zero2Five, Five2Ten or Ten2Ten

  • One2Run will arrange with you the time and days for your 3x weekly runs. 

  • One2Run will call you before you start and run with you, talking to you through your headphones, motivating you every step of the way. 

  • You complete your chosen plan, without meeting with us in person, but having someone to hold you accountable for completing your runs, and keep you on track!

 

Accountability Partnerships

Great to purchase alongside one of our Online Plans, Accountability Partnerships are perfect for those who need someone to check in on them during their plans. 

How it works; 

  • You'll be assigned a partner from One2Run

  • You tell us what day and time you are running

  • We will call you just before or just after to help hold you accountable for completing your run!

  • We'll also be on hand during those calls to discuss any challenges your having and any tips and tricks you need to help keep going and reach your goal!
